Overview

The project involved the complete external refurbishment of 3no adjoining properties within Covent Garden. This included extensive masonry and pointing repairs, façade cleaning, replacement of sash windows, roofing works with new leadwork, redecoration and pest control systems.

A design scaffold was required to all elevations including temporary roof protection maintaining good access to all retail units below.

Planning of the work was critical with liason required with all existing tenants and retail units with particular focus on environmental controls
