Overview

AOC was instructed by CBRE to undertake the strip out and Cat A fit-out of 3 office floors with each floor being approximately 7000 square foot in size. Further to these works, AOC were instructed to complete a refurbishment of all common parts within the building including the stairs, WC’s, reception, bike store and shower area within the basement, all whilst the building remained in occupation for existing tenants to other floors.

Installation of 3 new lifts, electrical infrastructure, drainage and boosted cold water installation, LTHW heating installed throughout, bespoke WC cubicle system, new raised access floor, metal pan and plasterboard ceilings, new lighting, bespoke feature walling and reception desk.

Externally, AOC completed a full external clean of the building, new 2 storey curtain walling and drum door entrance to the front elevation.

The project achieved a ‘Very Good’ BREEAM rating.
