Overview

The project involved the strip out of existing office space and the demolition of the original reception area. AOC completed a Cat A fit-out of each floor including new M&E installation, new ceilings, carpets, WC’s and windows. Externally, AOC installed new external cladding and constructed a new two storey reception.

The site was complex logistically due to its location next to a train line, which required close communication with Network Rail. AOC worked closely with the clients’ team to deliver the project on time and to budget.
